Fxcm is very reputated broker in forex market with lot of customer around the world but their platform is useless not easy for trading. I had live account with fxcm while opening every broker ask to submit personal document for verification of account which I have submitted doc as per request but they keep on rejecting my document saying photo id not clear I had face lot of problem but finally it got resolved after 3 days which long wait for me and if I talk about mt4 platform often it got freeze during news trading I never made profit during news trading because platform freeze am sure this broker is not good newbies trader I left them in just 1 month very horrible experience with them.
